Nancy has over 35 years of pharmaceutical and biologics operations experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb (retired). During her career, she has held global leadership roles in Strategic Sourcing, New Product Launch, Global Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations. She is passionate about developing great teams and pursuing operational excellence. Nancy holds a B.S. degree in BIology from St. Bonaventure University in Allegany, NY.
