Thomas Nickoloff

Tom Nickoloff, as the founding member of Camino Real Capital Partners, LLC (CRCP), Santa Fe, NM, has been instrumental in building CRCP into a successful equity platform by leveraging his extensive management and technology experience developed in the Oil and Gas industry. Prior to forming CRCP, Mr. Nickoloff founded and served in an executive management capacity for a number of Oil & Gas related entities, most notably TRNCO Petroleum Corporation where he serves as President and Chief Geophysicist. Mr. Nickoloff is Managing Director for BlueStone Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm with offices in Santa Fe, NM and Tucson, AZ and serves on the Board of Directors for several technology companies. He has been credited in industry journals and is considered one of the early adopters and innovators in the 3D seismic industry. Tom is a proven technology innovator, successfully recognizing and developing emerging technologies, and has experience building and managing successful business ventures. Tom earned his BSc in Geophysical Engineering from The Colorado School of Mines.
